No account needed. Just open the app, fill in your details, and download your invoice. We save your business details in your browser so you don't have to retype them next time. No email, no password, no signup required.
All your data is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. It never leaves your device or gets sent to any server. Your business details, GSTIN, and invoice history are private and only accessible on the browser you used. Clearing your browser cache will erase saved data, so we recommend downloading invoices as PDF for permanent records.
Yes. InvoiceAnupu generates invoices with all mandatory fields required under GST law: supplier GSTIN, buyer GSTIN, HSN/SAC code, place of supply, taxable value, GST rate, and CGST/SGST or IGST depending on transaction type. We recommend having your CA review your first invoice to confirm it meets your specific business requirements.
When supplier and client are in the same state (intrastate), tax is split into CGST and SGST at half the applicable rate each. When they are in different states (interstate), the full tax is charged as IGST. InvoiceAnupu automatically detects this based on the states you select and applies the correct tax type.
Yes. In the Business Details tab, click the logo upload area and select your logo (JPG or PNG, max 2MB). Your logo appears on the invoice preview instantly and is embedded in the downloaded PDF. Your logo is saved in your browser so it appears automatically next time you visit.
Since all data is stored in your browser's localStorage, clearing cache or browser data will erase your saved business details and invoice history. We strongly recommend downloading each invoice as PDF immediately after generating it. Cloud backup across devices will be available in a future update.
Yes. Go to Recent Invoices at the bottom of the page, find the invoice you want to edit, and click the reload icon. This loads all invoice details back into the form. Make your changes and download the PDF again with a new invoice number.
Simply select your business state in Business Details and your client's state in Client Details. InvoiceAnupu automatically detects if it is an interstate transaction and switches from CGST/SGST to IGST. You will see the "Inter-state · IGST" badge on the invoice preview confirming the correct tax type is applied.
